Canton, NY A frozen and slick course seemed to have little consequence on the times at the NCAA Division III Atlantic Regionals, as the Clarkson University Cross Country teams each showed well in the final race of the season at the Hoffmann Cross Country Course on the campus of St. Lawrence University.
